Dana has assumed progressive roles within Rasd, and due to her wealth of experience in executive search, she currently leads a robust research function specialized in market research and expertise, assignment project execution, and delivery. She also handles the firm’s administration, specifically organizational development and resource & performance management, where her impressive learning aptitude and dedication allow her to play an instrumental role in positioning this function as a vehicle for the achievement of Rasd’s long-term goals and strategies by introducing the best research and communication tools to sustain high standard research process and expand what Rasd has already built in the Middle East.
Dana interfaces with a growing network of key executives and was integral in completing successful placements with some of the most prestigious clients in the region through her unique approach in conducting regional and international searches.
Dana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Management from the Lebanese American University and holds multiple leadership and management certificates from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business – University of Michigan. Dana is also certified in Coaching for Engagement & Performance (CEP) from the Human Capital Institute.
