The process is designed to understand managerial efficiency, predict performance and identify future leaders. Management assessments can be done at the team level, management level, or individual level. Management assessments can be used for talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning. Our process consists of a customized online psychometric test, followed by behavioral and functional interviews. The results are then validated through our cross-functional methods. Upon demand, we include our first-to-market 360° reference check, designed specifically to validate psychometric results. A final briefing report is then submitted, 5 to 10 days later.
